How do I place an order?

Just send us an email to hello@lulubellescakes.com stating what you would like, quantity, and when and where they are to be delivered. Alternatively you can give us a call on 07746 133644.

What payment methods do you accept?

I’m afraid we don’t accept card payments at the moment, but we’re working on it! For now, you can pay by cash or cheque on delivery or by Paypal in advance – place your order through the site and we’ll let you know our Paypal details.

How far in advance do I need to order?

For regular orders we like to have at least 2 working days notice. For larger orders and weddings we would need around a month. For wedding and large party orders we accept a deposit to secure the booking for you with the balance being paid a month before the big day.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver as far and wide as we possibly can but have to be a bit practical to make sure we have enough time in the kitchen baking too!

Delivery to BH1, BH2, BH3, BH4, BH5, BH7, BH8, BH9, BH10, BH11, BH12, BH13, BH14, BH15 and BH22 is £2.50

Delivery to all other BH postcodes is £3.50

For other areas please call us for a quote on 07746 133644.

You’re always welcome to come and collect your cakes too, we can arrange a time and give you directions when you place your order.

What days do you deliver?

We deliver cupcakes Monday to Saturday in the mornings, usually between 9 and 11, if these times are not convenient please let us know when you place your order .

Can you deliver on Sundays?

Yes, Sunday delivery can be arranged, delivery charges are double the usual weekly rates.

How are the cupcakes packaged??

Cupcakes are sent in sturdy white bakery boxes, with compartmentalised holders for each one to ensure they don’t slide around or tip upside down.

What size are your cupcakes?

Standard cupcakes are quite a bit bigger than your old school ‘fairy’ cakes, measuring around 7cm across when decorated.

How long do cupcakes keep?

On the rare occasion that Lulubelle’s Cupcakes are not gobbled up right away, you can keep them in their box and they’ll be good for at least a couple of days. Transfer them to an airtight container and you’ll get a day or two more. We don’t use preservatives that would exist in shop bought cupcakes so basically you can expect them to last as long as any home baked cake.

What is the minimum order?

The standard order is 12 cupcakes, also known as a dozen! We can arrange to do smaller quantities but please be prepared for these to cost a little more per cake.

Do you hire out cupcake stands?

Yes we do, we have a selection of stands for hire, from traditional tea-party style plates to 7 tier acrylic towers, give us a call to discus your needs,  we can also  supply you with pretty card stands that hold 36 cupcakes for £10.

I like a particular cake, but I want a different decoration, can I change it?

Of course! Feel free to mix and match our decorations. We can also change the colours for you too.

Can I have a different coloured cake case?

Absolutely. Just let us know when you order if you would like to change the colour of your cake cases.

I want to order a large number of cupcakes for my wedding, can I try before I buy?

Of course, just tell us what you’re thinking and we’ll arrange for samples of the relevant favours for you to check out.

Do your cakes contain nuts?

Whilst our menu cupcakes do not contain actual nuts, there may be nuts in our kitchens from time to time so cannot guarantee totally nut free for those with a very sensitive allergy.
