Cupcake Decorating Classes
By popular demand we have created our own cupcake classes & cupcake decorating party workshops with an emphasis very much on fun!
If you’ve ever marveled at custom cupcakes and wished yours could look as beautiful, here’s your chance to learn! We will teach you skills that you can do at home, using simple cake decorating tools. At the end of the workshop, you’ll take home a box (12 cakes) of your own delicious creations! You’ll learn to spread and pipe buttercream icing like a pro, use subtle and vibrant paste colours, roll and cut fondant to create decorative shapes, and adorn your cakes with glitter, sprinkles and more!
All materials are provided, including plenty of unadorned cupcakes and packaging to transport your masterpieces home safely. You’ll also take home recipes for cupcakes and buttercream icing, plus tips for successful baking and decorating.

Hen-Do Cupcake Decorating Photo Party
Our hen parties are 3 hours long and are priced at £50 per head with a minimum of 6 people attending.
Our Hen Party classes take place in the fabulous studios of DK Capture and as part of the package our photographer will capture the whole party and provide a DVD of reportage style images of the group showing work in progress and finished cakes. We will also do a group shot at the end for them. Images will be high resolution for printing and low resolution for Facebook and email.
You’ll learn to spread and pipe buttercream icing like a pro, use subtle and vibrant paste colours, roll and cut marzipan to create decorative shapes, create delicate roses, and adorn your cakes with glitter, sprinkles and more!
Everyone attending will go home with a box of cupcakes of which they would have all decorated themselves with sparkly butterflies, pretty flowers, “L” bridal plates and even some ‘naughty bits’!
As a complimentary gift from Lulubelles & DK Capture we will also provide some sparkly wine & nibbles at the start of your evening.

Pop-Up Tea Parties…
Fancy something a little different? How about an old-fashioned English Tea Party without any of the work?
We’ll bring everything that’s needed – vintage teacups, plates and serving platters as well as enough tasty sandwiches, drinks, nibbles and of course cupcakes for everyone! We’ll leave you and your friends to enjoy your afternoon and then we’ll pop back later on to clear everything up for you.
Tea Parties cost from £12 per head, with a minimum of 6 guests, please call or email to discuss your requirements in more detail.
